Burley/Heyburn, Idaho - June 7, 2008

Welcome to Burley/Heyburn, Idaho's second annual half-distance triathlon, the VikingMan. This test of strength and endurance consists of a 1.2 mile swim with the current of the scenic Snake River, a 56 mile bike loop through a patchwork of beautiful farm terrain, and a 13.1 mile run that borders the river, teeming with wildlife and a spectacular view of Mt. Harrison. The VikingMan Triathlon is an opportunity for athletes of all levels to dream, to strive, and to conquer. We anticipate a great race this year! Come meet the challenge!
